====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, the present writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ, directing the respondents to divert the constructed road or pay the compensation to the poor petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made in the counter affidavit, to the effect that the portion of land which was dugged up, by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12106 of 2013(4) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 respondent authorities has been filled up, and the land of the petitioner is not being utilized for the purposes of construction of road, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondent authorities.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
