By the present application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of F.I.R. of Mahila P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(W) of SC/ST Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stage of the case has been changed and cognizance has also been taken. Hence, the present application has become infructuous.
