The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.02.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is he was involved in robbery of motorcycle but there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced co-accused have been
