2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 54B, 354, 338, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., on 31.3.21 at about 5 PM, when informant was sitting at her door with her family members, meanwhile, co-accused Chhotu Pandey and this petitioner came there and started abusing informant and dragged her on the ground. It is further alleged that when family members of the informant tried to pacify the matter, associates of this petitioner and co-accused Chhotu Pandey pelted bricks and stones upon them. Further allegation is that co-accused Chhotu Pandey snatched gold chain from the neck of informant and threatened her of dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are gotiyas and due to admitted land dispute this false and concocted case has been lodged against petitioner. Allegation of firing is against co-accused Chhotu Pandey. Rest of the allegations are ornamental to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P. S. Case No. 217 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
