JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.05.2013 taken in the proceeding of the tender committee under the Chairmanship of Respondent no. 1, by which he has disqualified the technical bid of the petitioner submitted for road construction from Salha to Mahanar Railway Dhala and its maintenance for five years in the Sahdei Bujurg Block under the Executive Engineer, RWD, Works Division, Mahanar, Vaishali; and for connected reliefs.

2. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition need not be pursued due to efflux of
