====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar Food & Civil Supplies Corporation and learned counsel for the Respondent-State.

2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as prayed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar Food & Civil Supplies Corporation (respondent no. 2) within one month from today and he prays that if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, appropriate direction be issued to the Managing Director, B.S.F.C. to dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the

4. The above prayer which is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar Food & Civil Supplies Corporation (respondent no. 2) within one month from today and if such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed within the period of four months from the date of filing of such a representation by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation, direction and liberty granted, the present application is disposed of. Pending I.A.s, if any, will also be disposed of.
