2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 308, 379, 148, 149, 452, 367, 341, 323, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the 12 F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner have assaulted the informant in which he sustained injury.

4. It is submitted that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. No specific allegation of assault is alleged against this petitioner. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. case no 303 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
