In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made the informant has purchased the land along with a house from the petitioners and after five years, it transpired that the property in question is mortgaged with the Bank, which was well known to the complainant by the Karamchari.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29997 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
