JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant by means of iron rod, hockey stick, as a result of which he fell down and became unconscious. He was taken to the Hospital for treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 1.4.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30643 of 2019(4) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioners.

On behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. case No.23 of 2019. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
