JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 On 11.02.2019, this Court noted the submission of learned counsel representing the University that payment has already been made in compliance of the direction issued by the learned Writ Court. The Court granted indulgence to the petitioner to verify the fact and if the submission of the learned counsel of the University is not correct, liberty was granted to controvert the same.

Unfortunately, today no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to controvert the aforesaid fact. Therefore, the Court

In that view of the matter, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law if the petitioner has still any grievance.
