2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 310 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 of IPC.
3. The allegation against petitioner is to misappropriate fund of Rs. 13,25,300/- which was allocated for the brick soling work of the street starting from Mahavir Asthan to the field of Lalan Thakur. Petitioner is a ward member.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the thrust of allegation is available against Panchayat secretary who is the main

No.30869 of 2026(3) dt.10-06-2026 2/2 executive and merely on the basis of suspicion that this petitioner is ward member she was implicated with present crime in question without any cogent material. It is submitted that the petitioner is not even the signing authority of cheque distributed to the contractor. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 310 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Sudha/- U T
