2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present application, considering the bar contained in Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with liberty to file representation before the appropriate authority.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as, the fact that petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 75436 of 2023, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36530 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 learned District Court and file regular bail application and the learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law, same day.
