It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail as per order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.14910 of 2018 and he was directed to surrender within six weeks but he could not surrender within the time given by this Court as he was outside the State for earning his livelihood. In view of above submission, the period of surrender is extended to four weeks from today. He is directed to surrender before the court of ACJM-II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.Case No.199 of 2017 within the above period.

The order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.14910 of 2018 is modified to this extent.

Petition stands disposed of.
