The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 41(1)(2), 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 1233 liters of Nepali liquor was seized. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is the driver and petitioner no.2 is Khalasi of the vehicle from where the liquor was seized.

No.29875 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Supaul, in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019.
