1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities i.e. Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat, Khutaha Majhariya Block-Buxar, and Programme Officer, Buxar to stop utilization of petitioner's land for construction of Road, under MANREGA scheme over land bearing Khata No.-38, Khesra No.-102, Mauza-Padri,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17346 of 2015(3) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 Thana No.-368 and Khata No.- 38, Thana Khesra No.-2 Mauza- No.-368, Area 96 decimal, since road is being constructed without consent of the petitioner or without payment of any compensation."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
