JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application in order to approach the appellate forum i.e. Commissioner, Tirhut Division at Muzaffarpur.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the Commissioner, Tirhut Division at Muzaffarpur alongwith the copy of the order. If such appeal is filed within a period of one month from today the Commissioner, Tirhut Division at Muzaffarpur shall consider the appeal on merit within a maximum period of 60 days after the general election after condoning delay in view of the fact
