Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 28 of 2022 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 574 of 2021 lodged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 is fatherin-law, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is brother-in-law. The present case is of Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32424 of 2022(3) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the husband of victim is already in custody. Counsel further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against them. Charge has already been framed in this case. Counsel submits that antecedents of the petitioners are clean and they are in custody since 24.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with S.T. No. 28 of 2022 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 574 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
