JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 This application has been filed four years after passing of the order dated 08.05.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30550 of 2019 for modification. By the said order, the Court had granted the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail with the condition that they shall be required to appear before the Police/Court as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled. The said part of the order the petitioners want to be modified.

This application has no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
