When the attention of the learned counsel for the petitioner was drawn that after the order of appointment issued on 23rd June, 1987 (Annexure-1), when the petitioner joined on the post of Panchayat Sewak but the petitioner sought adjournment to produce the documents of joining of her husband and his transfer to different places, but Mr. Mahendra Thakur, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not be able to find out any document of joining of her husband and his transfer to different places till the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8860 of 2017(5) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 his death. Mr. Thakur further prays that let this writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi and the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi shall verify the records and pass order in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi who shall verify the entire facts and the documents with regard to appointment, joining, transfer and payment of salary to the petitioner, if any made, till the death of the husband of the petitioner and thereafter shall pass order in accordance with law within six months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
