2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for quashing the order dated 2.3.2016 passed by R.P. Sharma, the Member (Judicial), Bihar Land Tribunal, Bihar, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 760/13, who has affirmed the order dated 20.2.2013 passed by the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Revision Case No. 17/09."

Learned GP-14 has taken this Court to the concluding part of the order passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal (for brevity 'the Tribunal') in BLT Case No. 760 of 2013 (Rajbansh Kahar & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) according to which, 'the Tribunal' took note of the fact that the revisional survey operation was started in the year 1961 became final in the year 1970, no objection was ever raised and belatedly, now the petition has been filed and in that background, the same was dismissed.
4. Learned G.P. 14 submits that the remedy before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17201 of 2016(2) dt.05-08-2025 3/3 petitioner is to approach the Civil Court by filing appropriate suit and not under 'Article 226 of the Constitution of India'.
5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
