2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 2784 of 2018, which stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.12.2018, whereby the petitioner was allowed two weeks time to remove the defect(s).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the petitioner could not comply the peremptory order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.1416 of 2023(3) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 10.12.2018 within time, resulting into dismissal of the writ application. However, the petitioner undertakes that he will comply the order dated 10.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2784 of 2018 within a further period of two weeks, if the same is restored to its original file.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection.

5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and his undertaking, the restoration application stands allowed. C.W.J.C. No. 2784 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
