The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 for offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The FIR was lodged against the president of PACS and the farmers who are alleged to be the beneficiaries and allegation against them is that they have received payment for paddy which is disproportionate to the area of land and not possibly yielded such paddy. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly circumstanced others namely, Vishwanath

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62562 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Prasad Singh and others and Jashoda Devi & others have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. Nos. 31052 and 33452 of 2018 vide orders dated 21.05.2018 and 03.07.2018 respectively passed by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
