1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents concerned to remove the encroachment of Public land of the petitioners land which has been encroached by the Respondents forcibly Area of land which is the way (Rasta) of the petitioner which is land of under Government

Patna High Court CWJC No.7992 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 (( गरमजारआ जमीन) and the Respondents encroached the way of petitioner in which the constructed two building one is "KACHCHA HOUSE" and second is "ALBESDOR HOUSE"

which was encroached by the way of petitioner's land which is way of Rasta and the petitioner gave several letter and representation to the concerned authority, but they have not take any action in this regard, for removal of encroached land of the petitioner's area which is only way of his house, the Respondent for which he has been constructed illegal house which is the Government land ( गरमजारआजमीन) documents/ records."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Gayaghat Circle, District-Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
