Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31794 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 modification of order dated 03.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28115 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, pending in the Court learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund. The order dated 03.01.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
