2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 29.340 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the seized car.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35394 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 petition and submits that petitioner is the owner of the seized vehicle in question from which the recovery has been made.
6. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized vehicle in question from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shahnawaz/- U T
