In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the FIR as well as case diary it appears that the petitioner is the person who has caused injury to the victim by Farsa.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below
