The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.86 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No.3142 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) and (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the first information report against the petitioners in which save and except section 37(b) and (c), all other offences are bailable, the petitioners, who are in custody since 22.03.2019 and as stated in para 3 of the application that they have got no criminal antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29737 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.86 of 2019 (Special Case No.3142 of 2019), subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioners shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed; (b) that the petitioners shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
