Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 341, 323, 420, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that as per the mediator's report from High Court Patna Mediation Centre the dispute between both the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and both have mutually agreed upon the terms and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32517 of 2022(5) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 conditions of settlement as contained at Flag 'M'. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
