In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the Bolero vehicle, huge quantity of liquor was recovered. During investigation, name of the petitioner has transpired.

Looking to the huge quantity of liquor recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
