Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the address column of the petitioners in course of the day.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 307, 324, 302, 188, 354, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the FIR would reveal that allegation is general and omnibus and co-accused Sonu Rai having similar allegation has already been allowed anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30975 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23046 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named who are in custody since 15.02.2019, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kudhani (O.P. Turki) Police Station Case No. 74 of 2019, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/Banti U T
