2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 36 of 2022, arising out of Ariyari P.S. Case No. 158 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant matter relates to love affair between the petitioner and the so-called victim. He further submits that since the institution of the FIR, the victim has been residing with the petitioner as his wife, and a child has also been born out of their conjugal relationship. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the informant, who happens to be the mother of the victim, accepts the above submissions and has no objection to the petitioner's prayer.

5. Learned APP for the State has also not opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly taking note of the petitioner's young age, his fair and clean antecedent, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 36 of 2022, arising out of Ariyari P.S. Case No. 158 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
