2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 73 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Hajipur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a fresh application for cancellation of bail before the learned Court below and, thereafter, move before this Court.
