The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2022 in connection with Khudawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 257.4 litres of English wine Indian made foreign liquor from the Patahi west direction in Bahiyar near transformer.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of the similar nature and he is in custody since 25.04.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
