From the counter affidavits filed in this case, it appears that substantial progress has been made for acquiring the lands and construction of court and jail buildings for which necessary funds has also been released by the Govt.

No purpose would be served by keeping this matter pending any further and accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the need so arises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action.
