Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be approaching the authorities concerned for cancellation of selection of respondent No. 8 as Anganwari Sevika at Center No. 165 on the ground that respondent No. 8 has been wrongly selected as her husband was a government teacher.

Without going into merits of the submission made by Counsel for petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid.
