Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on Section 302 of I.P.C. was added. The FIR would reveal that allegation is not specific against any of the named accused persons.

Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The occurrence of assault allegedly took place for trivial dispute. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32540 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No.283 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
