The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant being the wife of the victim claiming herself to be an eye witness to the occurrence has claimed that the firing by Avinash and this petitioner was on the back of the husband of the informant whereas Lalit caused injury on the head and thereafter Sanjeet made indiscriminate firing on the head. The post-mortem reflects only two injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is specific accusation by the informant being

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 80 of 2011.
