The petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.06.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in Complaint Case No. 1015(C) of 2011 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 504, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. In the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court has no idea about the stage of the case. This case, in all its probability may have been over by now.

In any view of the matter, after perusal of the records annexed with the petition and the averments made therein, no case appears to have been made out for interfering with the order of cognizance. In the event of the case not having been concluded, the petitioner would have liberty, if so advised, to avail of the remedies available to him under the law.

The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation/direction.
