Heard learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. Let the defect (s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner, who is in custody since 11.09.2019, seeks regular bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 18/2019, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 427, 120(B), 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41390 of 2021(3) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 11.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 4119 of 2020. Considering the seriousness of the offence and punishment, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. It is expected of the Court below to conclude the trial expeditiously.
