The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction (s) to the respondents to quash the order dated 10.1.2013 passed by the learned Commissioner, Magadh Pramandal Gaya in Demand Cancellation Revision No. 153 of 2012 and order dated 12.5.2012, passed by Addl. Collector
Patna High Court CWJC No.6428 of 2013(13) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 Aurangabad in cancellation of Demand Appeal No. 56 of 2008-2009 / 2 of 2009-2010 and confirmed the order dated 17.5.2008, passed by L.R.D.C. Aurangabad in cancellation of Demand Case No. 14 of 2006-2007 on the ground that the petitioner has got the land from ex-land lord and return has been made and Mutation has also been made and petitioner have constructed house in 1950 and living there. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a title suit bearing Title Suit no. 71 of 2003, before the learned Civil Court, Gaya, hence, they be granted liberty to pursue the same. Liberty so sought, is granted.
