Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
As per the prosecution case, 63.180 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Narayanpur Patti Math Chour. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. The motor cycle in question does not belong to this petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
