The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

The petitioner is in jail since 11.04.2019. 83.880 liters of IMFL has been recovered from the Tempo. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
