2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 20.06.2018 in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned SDJM, Munger under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64159 of 2018(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy.
