2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 dated 01.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown miscreants are alleged to have snatched the informant's bag containing Rs. 4,00,000/- in cash, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, ATM Card, keypad phone and stamp.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the self-confessional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32285 of 2025(2) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 statement. No TIP has been conducted by the prosecution. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 343/2025. The petitioner has ten antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that a mobile phone, a passbook and a passport size photograph have been recovered from the house of the petitioner which is joint house in which other family members are also residing.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 110/2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
