For direction to the respondent no. 7 (Circle Officer, Mushari of District- Muzaffarpur) to remove encroachment, made on P.C.C. Road, which is made by Government of Bihar for the benefit of Villagers Sikandarpur."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 7 i.e. the Circle Officer, Mushari, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7752 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
