JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10214 of 2017, the contemners have issued office order dated 20.09.2019, whereby and whereunder the differential amount of gratuity and earned leave has been paid vide Bank Draft dated 23.09.2019 amounting to a sum of Rs. 28,951/- as also vide Cheque dated 18.06.2019 pertaining to the differential amount of salary on account of grant of the benefits of A.C.P.

Patna High Court MJC No.1779 of 2019(3) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the payments have actually been made, then the petitioner has no grievance but in case the same has not been credited to the account of the petitioner, the petitioner be granted liberty to revive the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
