The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 07.10.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, IVth, Begusarai in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No.83 of 2002 by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge,IVth, Begusarai has rejected the petition dated 28-07-2015 filed by the prosecution to examined the rest PWs including the informant under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
