2. This application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report bearing Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 486 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner were not the Directors in the Company and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, in fact there is no allegation against the petitioners.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to interfere in this case at this stage.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. However, the petitioners are given liberty to approach the investigating agency with their defence and if such an application is filed by the petitioners before the investigating agency then the investigating agency will be obliged to investigate the case and consider the case of the petitioners also.

7. During pendency of the investigation, the petitioners shall not be arrested.

8. In case the petitioners are charge-sheeted, they will have liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
