2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness on the part of the licensing authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of arms license after completing all the formalities and the same is still pending gathering dust before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.9133 of 2017(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi to take appropriate decision on the pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms licence, if not already decided, within a period of 60 days after the general election.
