The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2014 in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.444 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 384, 387, 447, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he resorted to indiscriminate firing. It was also stated that though there was indiscriminate firing, no person was injured. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that co-accused Anil Singh @ Makhru Singh has been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.16555 of 2013, vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29860 of 2014 (5) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 dated 27.5.2013, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarari P.S.
